Type: Full-time, permanent

Why this role exists

Superion Inc. is a fast-growing managed-IT & cybersecurity firm. We generate most of our leads through relationships, reputation, and a scrappy digital presence. Now we’re ready to scale—and we need a self-starting player-coach Marketing Manager who can build demand, own campaigns end-to-end, and prove what works.

What you’ll tackle

  • Run the full digital funnel – SEO (Semrush), Google & LinkedIn Ads, content calendar, podcasts, email nurture, basic GA4 reporting.

  • Keep the website humming – Own WordPress updates, landing-page tests, and technical SEO.

  • Turn ideas into eyeballs – Plan & execute direct-mail drops, printed collateral, and swag with external designers.

  • Own field marketing – Trade shows, client seminars, webinars: venues, vendors, run-sheets, the whole show.

  • Leverage AI daily – ChatGPT/Gemini for copy & research, MidJourney for quick visuals, Zapier-style automations where it makes sense.

  • Prove impact – Build dashboards, track CPL/ROI, present no-fluff insights to the CEO.

The toolbox you’ll need

  • 3-5 years hands-on marketing across digital AND offline channels.

  • Confident building & optimizing WordPress sites (no hand-holding).

  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Semrush (or equivalent).

  • Fluent with AI-assisted workflows (prompting, image gen, basic automation).

  • Able to juggle multiple vendors, deadlines, and event logistics without drama.

  • Copywriting chops: you can explain technical value to non-technical buyers in plain English.

Nice-to-haves: B2B tech or MSP experience, HubSpot skills, basic design/video editing.

What’s in it for you

  • Autonomy from day one – you own the plan, budget, and results.

  • Clear path to leadership – crush the metrics, graduate to Head of Marketing.

  • Professional-dev budget – certs, courses, conferences on the company dime.

  • Flexible future – earn up to two remote days per week after six months.

  • Extended health & dental, three weeks’ vacation, early-start Fridays (we’re in at 08:30, out at 17:00).
